I have just made the 4.3 release available!

As usual you find it at:

Changelog is of course found at:

No big changes from the last pre-release.

The default image converter has been changed to use
gm from GraphicsMagick, but it is easy to switch to
convert from ImageMagick or to use the java based converter.
